Do not listen while driving or doing anything else that requires your full attention.
Do not undergo hypnosis if you are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
Do not use hypnosis recordings if you are suffering from serious mental health conditions, are schizophrenic. If in doubt consult your physician.
Do not expect the recordings to do all the work for you. Commit yourself to change.
Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of your hypnosis recording. Use a good pair of stereo headphones for privacy and focus.
Do take relevant actions to show yourself that you are engaging with the process, even if those actions are small steps. It’s the small things that add up to bigger ones.
Do set your goals and stick to them.
Do be as specific as you can about what you would like to address.
Do listen frequently to your recordings for at least 21 days initially and with regular frequency until you have gained the most from your recordings.
